Library systems aid for staff development, trustee training, and cooperative, cost
effective technical services for 7000 local libraries will encourage
collaboration and resource sharing, support local accountability and
quality library services, and save taxpayer dollars. This includes
making the $8 million provided in 2007-2008 System Supplementary Aid
permanent plus $3 million cost of living increase for all library programs
in Eduction Law. ($11
